SUMMARY
Dr. Jahir Abbas Ahmed received his PhD in Physics in 2013 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati , India. He then joined B. S. Abdur Rahman University, Vandalur, Chennai as Assistant Professor and worked there till July 2015. He was then awarded with Institute PostDoctoral Fellowship at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and worked there till May 2016. He is working now as Assistant Professor of Physics at Y & M Anjuman Khairul Islam's Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Pune, India. He is interested to understand different Physical Phenomenon
associated with Biological Systems with the help of Statistical Physics and Computational Methods.
