SUMMARY:
Dr. Amjad Shaikh carried out his graduate and postgraduate studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has passed CSIR-NET examination in Mathematics with AIR-24. He was awarded Ph.D. (May-2018) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in Mathematics in the area of Fractional Calculus. His area of research is Fractional Differential equations, Computational methods for Partial Differential equations, Approximation theory, Special functions. He is a reviewer of many national and international journals. 
 
Teaching Interest: Have instructed number of courses at graduate level which include Calculus, Linear algebra, Complex Analysis, Abstract algebra, Real analysis, Metric Spaces, Differential equations, Laplace Transform.
