SUMMARY

I did B.A. (Hons) Political Science with Economics, M.A. in both Public Administration and Political Science and I have been awarded Ph.D. Degree (Department of Political Science) on “Role of Bureaucracy in People’s Empowerment with Reference to New Economic Policy in India”, from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2003.  

 

My research work includes exhaustive areas of Bureaucracy and Development in particular and New Economic Policies and Human Development, NGOs and Development Programmes, NGOs and Poverty Alleviation Programmes, Coordination between Government   Developmental Agencies and NGOs, Entrepreneurship and Development, New Economic Policies and Women’s Uplift, Rural Development Programmes, Liberalization Policies and their impact on poor / rural people and other Underprivileged classes, People’s Empowerment Programmes, Empowerment and Uplift of SCs/STs and other under privileged groups and Women’s Empowerment Programmes and Panchayati Raj Institutions in general. 

One book, 5 chapters in edited books and more than 40 papers have  been published in various National and International journals on above issues and more than 50 papers  have been presented in various National and International Seminars and Conferences.
